The Inverter has a bunch of protections yes, however in regards to the overvoltage protection, it doesn’t notify you of overvoltage until something has already blown up. Mine has a circuit failure somewhere in it that is causing a spike in voltage, and it didn’t notify me until after it blew up two capacitors. So that’s a con as well.
